Terms & Conditions

By booking services with Nodaji Moments, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both our clients and our team.

 

Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

  • Full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept payments via Zelle, Venmo, and other agreed-upon methods.

  • All credit card payments are securely processed. Additional processing fees may apply depending on the platform used.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • All cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.

  • Cancellations within 14 days of the event may not be eligible for a refund due to the customized nature of our services.
     

Rental Terms

  • Rented items, including but not limited to dolsang decor, hanbok, and paebaek sets, must be returned in their original condition.

  • Any damage, loss, or excessive wear may incur additional fees for repair or replacement.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including location, time, and access.

  • If the event is held at a venue with specific delivery or setup requirements, please inform us in advance.

  • Sufficient space must be provided for setup and takedown.

Styling & Decor

  • While we strive to match your vision, styling is subject to the availability of decor items and may be slightly adjusted based on season or inventory.

  • Final setup decisions may be made on-site by our team for aesthetic or safety reasons.

Event Photography

  • We may take photos of the final setup for portfolio and marketing purposes.

  • If you do not wish for your event images to be used, please notify us in writing in advance.

Liability

  • Nodaji Moments is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, acts of God, or issues beyond our control.

  • We are also not liable for any injuries or damages that occur once setup is completed and turned over to the client.

Changes to Terms

  • Nodaji Moments reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
