Refund Policy
At Nodaji Moments, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be as fair and transparent as possible with our refund policy while preparing custom services for your special event.
Hanbok Rental
All hanbok rentals are final once shipped or picked up.
Cancellations must be requested at least 14 days before the scheduled shipping or pickup date for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of shipment or for early returns.
Unused rentals are not eligible for a refund once shipped.
Dohlsang Rental
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
After that time, orders are considered final and non-refundable
Date Changes
You may request a one-time date change at least 10 days before your event, subject to availability.
We will do our best to accommodate your new date.
No-Shows
No-shows or cancellations on the day of the event are not eligible for any refund.
Damaged or Missing Items.
Clients are responsible for any damaged or missing items.
Replacement or repair costs may be charged after the event based on assessment.
