At Nodaji Moments, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be as fair and transparent as possible with our refund policy while preparing custom services for your special event.
Hanbok Rental

All hanbok rentals are final once shipped or picked up.

Full refunds are only available if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, all orders are considered final and non-refundable, regardless of shipment status.

No refunds will be issued for early returns.

Unused rentals are not eligible for a refund once shipped or picked up.
Dohlsang Rental

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.

After 24 hours, all dohlsang rental orders are final and non-refundable.
Date Changes

A one-time date change may be requested at least 10 days prior to the event date, subject to availability.

We will do our best to accommodate the new requested date, but availability is not guaranteed.
No-Shows

No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the event are not eligible for any refund.
Damaged or Missing Items

Clients are responsible for any damaged, lost, or missing items.

Replacement or repair costs may be charged after the event based on item condition assessment
