That’s why we offer both local pick-up and nationwide flat-rate shipping, ensuring your rental items arrive safely and on time. Our shipping policy is designed to provide a smooth and convenient rental experience, with clear guidelines for delivery and return.

SHIPPING & RETURN FOR RENTAL

Free Shipping 

We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic U.S. rentals for a seamless, worry-free experience.

What’s included:

  • Round-trip shipping via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx (2–5 business days each way)

  • Prepaid return label — no additional postage required

  • Protective packaging for safe delivery and return

  • Tracking numbers for both outbound and return shipments

  • Step-by-step return instructions included in your box

Shipping Timeline

  • Orders are typically shipped 3–5 business days before your event date, depending on your location and carrier.

  • The shipping carrier (USPS or FedEx) is selected at our discretion to ensure timely delivery.

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

This free shipping offer applies to domestic U.S. orders only.
No hidden fees.

Hawaii & Alaska

Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii and Alaska.
We will contact you with an additional shipping quote after your order is placed.
Please kindly respond to confirm your order so we may proceed with fulfillment.

Free Local Pick-Up

Local pick-up is available in the Orange County / Los Angeles area.

  • Enjoy 10% off your order when you choose local pick-up

  • Pick-up is typically scheduled 1–2 days before your event

  • Pick-up location and detailed instructions will be provided via email once your order is confirmed

Return Instructions

  • Please use the original packaging to carefully repack all rental items.

  • Affix the prepaid return label provided, placing it over the original shipping label.

  • All rentals must be returned by the next business day after your event.

If your event falls on a Saturday:

Please return the items on Monday using the prepaid return label included in your package.

Late Returns & Fees

  • Late returns may result in additional fees.

  • A $30 late fee per day will be charged for each day the return is delayed.

  • Late fees will be deducted from your refundable security deposit, and the remaining balance (if any) will be refunded after assessment.

 

SHIPPING & RETURN FOR PRE-LOVED HANBOK

Shipping
Pre-loved hanbok orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

​

Returns
All pre-loved hanbok items are final sale.
Due to the nature of secondhand garments, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Please review all photos, sizing details, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
