Our shipping policy is designed to provide a smooth and convenient rental experience, with clear guidelines for delivery and return.

SHIPPING & RETURN FOR RENTAL

Shipping Option — $25 Flat Rate
Our all-inclusive flat rate covers everything you need for a hassle-free rental experience across the U.S.

Included in the $25 fee:

• Round-trip USPS Priority Mail (2-5 business days each way)

• Prepaid return label – no additional postage required

• Protective packaging for safe delivery and return

• Tracking numbers for both outbound and return shipments

• Step-by-step return instructions are included in your box

This rate applies to all domestic U.S. rentals. No hidden fees.

Free Local Pick-Up
Available in the Orange County / Los Angeles area.
Pickup location and instructions will be provided via email once your order is confirmed.

Return Instructions

• Use the original packaging to repack all rental items

• Affix the prepaid return label over the original shipping label

• Drop off at any USPS location by the next business day after your event

• Late returns may result in additional fees​

Shipping
Pre-loved hanbok orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns
All pre-loved hanbok items are final sale.
Due to the nature of secondhand garments, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Please review all photos, sizing details, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
