We specialize in DOHL (first birthday celebrations) and PAEBAEK (traditional Korean wedding ceremonies) — two of Korea’s most treasured customs, deeply rooted in centuries of history. The Dohl (돌상) marks a baby’s first birthday, once a significant survival milestone, now celebrated as a joyful blessing for health, longevity, and prosperity. The Paebaek (폐백), traditionally performed after the wedding ceremony, symbolizes the joining of two families and offers blessings for future generations.
The story of NODAJI MOMENTS is deeply connected to KUAK'S HANBOK — a trusted name in Korean hanbok design. The journey began in 2005, when Kuak's family first opened their hanbok boutique under the name "NODAJI" in Korea. With years of experience dressing countless families for life’s most precious moments, the business eventually expanded to the United States, continuing its legacy as KUAK'S HANBOK. Today, NODAJI MOMENTS proudly collaborates with KUAK'S HANBOK, combining generations of craftsmanship, tradition, and expertise to create full-service event styling that honors the beauty of Korean heritage.
Our name, “NODAJI”, is a Korean word describing the perfect timing when everything aligns effortlessly — that moment when preparation, love, and tradition come together in harmony. That is the magic we strive to create in every event: experiences that feel authentic, deeply personal, and beautifully memorable.
